is pretty much all paper towel and toilet paper recyled?
sometimes u will see little brownish and black dots in paper towels and toilet paper? is that crap?

No its not feces, its pulp that has slipped through the bleaching process!!!! It is part of the paper making process. For toilet papers and paper towels, they use a pretty un-refined process that allows bits to slip through. You will only find recycled pulp used in specialized grades of these two products, not in the major brands.
BTW, even if paper towels/toilet paper producers were to use recycled pulp...its not recycled from sewer plants!!!!
