Leaf Birdbath
Reflections in a quiet place.c/c?
Dragon flies hover,with four clear vein wings
blue jays in the background,start to sing
palm leaves bend,from soft gentle wind
as I and my deck chair,see what today sends
Doves glide in to sip from the birdbath,start to coo
up above me,white cotton clouds,sky is blue
myrtle trees blooming,some white,some deep red
white gardenia tree lost in the winter,its dead
Bougainvilleas of many colors,all have survived
very good day, to just be happily alive
days of my wildness,left very far behind
came to the most quietest place I could find
All in all,our lives are always understood
children all grown,reflection now is good
here's to those,whose life has just begun
hope you one day,find a quiet place in the sun
thank you kind lady
