How do i make sure there are no insects in the wood im using for log furniture.?
I am making a log bed from deadfall wood. There are some signs that there may have been insects in the wood at some time. Is there an easy way to kill any insects that may be in there?
Treat the logs with a colourless and odourless wood preservative.
You can protect the logs from worms, insects and decaying without affecting the natural look.
You should be able to get a tin from the stores.
